• The text says

  The letter names Jude as a brother of James. The Gospels list Judas among the brothers of Jesus. Jude quotes the book of 1 Enoch and may refer to a story about Moses’ body also known from other Jewish writings.Jude 1; Mark 6:3; Jude 9; Jude 14–15

• Debated

  Jude and 2 Peter 2 share much material, and scholars disagree about which borrowed from which. Some date Jude to the 60s and accept the brother of Jesus as author. Others date it later.2 Pet 2
